At about 1241 UTC on the 21st day of July 2024, I tuned in to KNLS, broadcasting on 9795 kHz in the English language.
The signal was coming from the Anchor Point 100kW transmitter in Alaska. (Short Wave Info 2023)
The broadcast consisted of music and religious programs.
The overall reception of KNLS was good. The signal strength was good, and there was only slight fading of the signal. There was no interference from stations on the frequency or on adjacent frequencies. There was only slight atmospheric noise on the band.
