At about 1320 UTC on Friday, the 10th day of July 2025, I tuned in to Shiokaze (Sea Breeze) broadcasting on 6040 kHz in the Japanese language.
The signal was coming from the 300 kW transmitter in Ibaragi-koga-yamata. The target audience was Korea. (Short Wave Info 2024) (WRTH 2025)

The overall reception of Shiokaze was fair. This was due to obvious deliberate interference on the frequency.
