Fana Broadcasting Corporation – 6110 kHz
At about 2028 UTC on Wednesday, the 14th day of October 2026, I tuned in to Fana Broadcasting Corporation, broadcasting on 6110 kHz in the Amharic language.
The broadcast was coming from the 100 kW Addis Ababa transmitter site in Ethiopia.
Above:- Map showing the location of Addis Ababa.
The overall reception of Fana Broadcasting Corporation was fair. There were static crashes on the band from local storms throughout Australia. There was no interference from other stations.
