At about 1342 UTC on 3rd March 2022, I tuned in to an unidentified station broadcasting in the English language on 12030 kHz.
The broadcast was possibly coming from Turkey, but I have not been able to find a reference to this frequency on the internet or in the World Radio TV Handbook 2022.
The overall reception was fair. There was severe interference from the Voice of Vietnam broadcasting on 12020 kHz.
