Yesterday via email I received an eQSL from Radio New Zealand for my reception of their station on the 11th November 2021.

This afternoon I received an electronic QSL card via email from KTWR in GUAM for my reception of their station on 7th November 2021.

Their email stated:-
“Thank you for taking the time to send us a reception report. It is always great to hear from listeners in many different locations and to know how our signal is getting through. For reception reports received via email, we send an eQSL card unless paper is requested. We are pleased to present you with the attached card.”
Also included was a KTWR program schedule.

On 17th November 2021, I tuned in to WRMI Radio Miami International broadcasting on 5850 kHz in the English language.
Their broadcast included Glen Hausler’s World of Radio.
The overall reception of WRMI was good. There were moderate static crashes on the band.

At 2306 on 16th November 2021, I tuned in to Radio De Exterior De Espana on 12030 kHz broadcasting in the Spanish language.
Radio Exterior de España (REE) or simply Radio Exterior is a Spanish international radio station operated by Radio Nacional de España (RNE). The station is primarily intended for Spaniards living abroad.
REE ceased shortwave broadcasts on 15 October 2014; however, two months later it was announced they would resume shortwave broadcasts in Spanish for four hours a day, as well as coverage of sporting events, in order to serve the country’s fishing industry whose ships had no other viable means to access REE broadcasts while at sea.
My reception of Radio Exterior de Espana was fair.

Next in my log on 16th November 2021 was Radio Romania International who was broadcasting in the English language on 13750 kHz.
I tuned into Radio Romania on 18th October, but that was in the Romanian language, so it was nice to be able to listen in on their English language broadcast.
The overall reception of Radio Romania International was fair. This was mostly due to interference from China Radio International was were broadcasting in Chinese on 13755 kHz.

Some time ago I purchased a WSPRLite Flexi from SOTA Beams in the UK. Tonight I hooked it up to my 5 element yagi which was beaming to the northeast out across the Pacific towards the USA. With a 200mW signal, I was amazed in just a few transmissions who was hearing me.
Within just 20 minutes I was being heard in VK4, New Zealand, USA, and the Canary Islands.

The map below is from VK7JJ’s website. It shows my contacts.

I will keep the WSPRLite on tonight and see what happens.
I then tuned in to the Voice of the Islamic Republic of Iran at 1255 UTC on 15th November 2021. They were broadcasting in the Pashto language on 9510 kHz.
RIB World Service, also known as Voice of the Islamic Republic of Iran, is the official international broadcasting radio network of Iran.
The radio network commenced broadcasting in 1956 with the aim of familiarizing the world with Iran’s history and culture, its different regions, and historical sites. Following the Iranian Revolution, elaborating on the revolution’s stances and the ideals of the Islamic Republic system were put high on the radio’s agenda.
The overall reception of the Voice of the Islamic Republic of Iran was fair. There was significant interference from CNR2 China on 9515 kHz and bleed over from CNR1 China on 9500 kHz

Next in the log on 15th November 2021 was WRNO broadcasting on 7505 kHz in the English language.
WRNO (also known as WRNO Worldwide) is a commercial shortwave radio station that commenced international broadcasting on the 18th day of February 18, 1982.
The overall reception of WRNO was good. I did note some USB signals on or around the frequency which I suspect to be Indonesian fishing ships or something similar.
