This afternoon I received an electronic QSL card via email from KTWR in GUAM for my reception of their station on 7th November 2021.

Their email stated:-

“Thank you for taking the time to send us a reception report. It is always great to hear from listeners in many different locations and to know how our signal is getting through. For reception reports received via email, we send an eQSL card unless paper is requested.  We are pleased to present you with the attached card.”

Also included was a KTWR program schedule.

Radio Exterior de España (REE) or simply Radio Exterior is a Spanish international radio station operated by Radio Nacional de España (RNE). The station is primarily intended for Spaniards living abroad.

REE ceased shortwave broadcasts on 15 October 2014; however, two months later it was announced they would resume shortwave broadcasts in Spanish for four hours a day, as well as coverage of sporting events, in order to serve the country’s fishing industry whose ships had no other viable means to access REE broadcasts while at sea.

My reception of Radio Exterior de Espana was fair.

Radio Romania International – 13750 kHz

Next in my log on 16th November 2021 was Radio Romania International who was broadcasting in the English language on 13750 kHz.

I tuned into Radio Romania on 18th October, but that was in the Romanian language, so it was nice to be able to listen in on their English language broadcast.

The overall reception of Radio Romania International was fair. This was mostly due to interference from China Radio International was were broadcasting in Chinese on 13755 kHz.
